Seeking an experienced Developer with a strong background and hands-on expertise in
Purview policy configuration, Security Copilot, and Purview’s native AI capabilities.
Proficiency in Typescript, JavaScript, data engineering, and experience with AWS and
Python (or other languages). This role will focus on implementing innovative AI-driven
automation workflows and robust data security practices.
Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and automate solutions utilizing Microsoft Purview, Purview native AI,
and Security Copilot to support comprehensive compliance surveillance across the
organization.
· Integrate with security Copilot to enhance discovery, detection, and compliance
monitoring.
· Develop robust backend and frontend components using Typescript and JavaScript.
· Develop monitoring and reporting dashboards for real-time compliance surveillance and
alerting.
· Engineer and manage data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and cataloging sensitive
data
· Build and develop integrations using Microsoft Native connectors.
· Monitor and optimize Microsoft Purview solutions to ensure operational performance and
audit-readiness.
· Integrate Purview solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., M365, Power Platform).
· Execute functional component testing on configured policies, workflows, and
dashboards.
· Create technical solution documentation
· Provide ongoing production and end-user support.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years specializing in
experience with Microsoft Purview: Data governance, cataloging, classification, and policy
configuration.
Extensive practical experience implementing and optimizing GenAI-powered solutions,
with a particular focus on Microsoft’s Security Copilot and Purview native AI capabilities.
Strong Typescript, JavaScript, Python skills for modern application development.
Data engineering experience: ETL, data pipelines, data cataloging, and management.
Experience with AWS: Data services (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift), security, and integrations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
· Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs to enable integration between enterprise
applications
· Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and
Identity Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator
Associate).
· Prior experience in a regulated industry and/or enterprise risk division.
