IT Purchasing Analyst

Location: North Chesterfield, Virginia, USA

Duration: 12 Months (Onsite)

Visa Status: USC, GC, GCEAD, H1B, C2C

Job Description:

Perform procurement tasks, reviews invoices, update budgets and coordinate with the VSP Procurement Office in support of Virginia State Police information technology projects. Full-time onsite.
M-F 8:30am-5:00pm.

Required 2 Years Candidates must have 2+years of IT procurement experience, able to learn Commonwealth of Virginia, VITA and VSP procurement policies and systems.
Required 2 Years Must have very good skills in operating computers and using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Required 2 Years Be able to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required 2 Years Have strong communication skills (orally and in writing, in English).
Required 2 Years Must have experience working with contracts, invoice processing and budgets
