Senior Product Manager, MarTech & Data
Location: Washington, DC, Washington, USA
Duration: 3 Months (Onste)
Visa Status: Only US Citizen or GC Visa
Job Description:
A leading Randstad client in the travel and hospitality sector is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager, MarTech & Data, to untangle complexity and architect a unified data roadmap. Operating at the intersection of marketing strategy, data engineering, and technical architecture, you will build structure where it doesn't yet fully exist—mapping marketing technology capabilities directly to high-visibility strategic initiatives like loyalty, CRM, and personalization. This role is ideal for a proactive, execution-first builder who thrives in ambiguous environments and can effortlessly translate complex technical dependencies into clear business value for executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Roadmap Ownership: Own and drive the end-to-end MarTech stack roadmap, ensuring seamless alignment between overarching business priorities and technical architecture vision.
Data Product Definition: Define, prioritize, and scale critical data products, including Customer 360 / unified profiles, advanced segmentation frameworks, attribution models, and real-time decisioning engines.
Dependency Mapping: Document complex system dependencies, cross-functional data flows, and platform integration points across the existing tech stack to optimize prioritization.
Agile Execution: Translate high-level business capabilities into structured epics and features for engineering, digital, and analytics teams to accelerate execution.
Privacy & Compliance: Ensure all current and future data initiatives strictly comply with GDPR, CCPA, and evolving global data privacy regulations.
Innovation & Evaluation: Continuously assess emerging industry trends, with a heavy focus on AI-driven personalization, real-time decisioning platforms, and cookieless marketing/identity solutions.
Qualifications & Skillsets
Experience: 6–10+ years of dedicated product management experience, with a proven track record of hands-on delivery focusing on MarTech or core data platforms.
Industry Background: Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or a similarly fast-paced, customer-centric industry is strongly preferred.
Technical Architecture: Strong understanding of data ecosystems (CDPs, data warehouses, identity resolution) alongside practical experience managing APIs and complex data models.
Data Literacy: Deep data fluency, including hands-on experience with SQL, data analytics concepts, and experimentation/testing frameworks.
The "Translator" Capability: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and seamlessly bridge the gap between technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
Mindset: An execution-first, proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to bring definition and structure to ambiguous, multi-stakeholder corporate environments.
