Job Description:
Agile Business Systems Analyst/User Acceptance Tester with minimum 5 years’ experience to work with an existing software development team in an agile/scrum environment. Must be proficient in Agile practices of story writing and requirements gathering with a focus on UAT planning, script writing and testing. Must be able to deliver written project deliverables and communicate to stakeholders at all levels.
Required 5 Years Proven working experience as a UAT tester and/or business systems analyst for medium to large projects
Required 5 Years Able to communicate and collaborate with agile delivery teams, other technical staff, business partners and vendors.
Required 5 Years Experience coordinating and preparing system users for UAT testing.
Required 5 Years Able to identify test scenarios from business requirements
Required 5 Years Able to translate use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria into test scripts.
Required 5 Years Able to identify and track defects and retest upon correction.
Required 5 Years Able to accurately define and capture business requirements.
Required 5 Years Able to document business processes and data flow diagrams.
Required 5 Years Able to identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate risks.
Required 5 Years Able to track requirements throughout SDLC lifecycle.
Required 5 Years Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, VISIO, Draw.io, ADO, X-Ray, JIRA and Confluence
Required 5 Years Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems
Required 5 Years Ability to meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision
