Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Managing medium complexity cybersecurity projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring on time and on budget delivery
Manage day-to-day project activities, including task assignments, progress tracking, budget tracking and issue resolution
Monitor project progress, anticipate and identify potential risks or delays; assist in implementing mitigation strategies as needed
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across state and local government and third-party suppliers to ensure project alignment and successful delivery
Developing, organizing and maintaining project documentation, including documentation required for federal grant compliance
Other SLCGP (State and Locality Cybersecurity Grant Program) related tasks as assigned

Required 5 Years Strong organization skills including attention to detail, multitasking
Required 5 Years Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Required Active PMP certification required from PMI (pls upload in Vector to be considered)
Desired 10 Years Experience leading cybersecurity projects
Desired Experience with state and/or federal government IT procurement requirements and procurement laws and processes as it relates to managing projects
Desired 3 Years Experience with managing grant funded projects (federal, state or not-for-profit)
Desired 5 Years Proven working experience in project management
Desired 5 Years Strong written and verbal communication skills
